FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a pricing system, the Selling Broker pays the commission through the seller so, letting me be your Buyer's Agent, doesn't cost you a thing. Because, of my commitment and diligence to you, you will be asked to sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement for your representation as my client. The Georgia Real Estate Commission says that we must have a fully executed agreement inorder to represent you. This means that no opinions or advice can be given without this agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I like to first find out what type of property you are looking for, the features you want and need, (bedrooms, baths, garage, basement, type of architecture, acreage, location of master, price range, and any special features). The next step is to get you the available properties as soon as possible and set you up on some private Realtor search engines to send you properties that might fit your criteria the minute they come on the market by getting your email address and contact information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being the best Realtor, requires more education as in any profession to be and stay highly proficient . I have earned the prestigious GRI designation that takes about a year to complete. It is the "Graduate" level of real estate. Please feel free to look this real estate designation up on the internet. I have the ABR designation which stands for Accredited Buyers Representative, and will be working to complete the CRS designation in the early part of 2016 which only 3% of all Realtors earn. Since obtaining my real estate license in 2001, I have sold several hundred homes and have hundreds happy clients. I am motivated to be the best and I don't think you will be disappointed in the energy level and expertise, I will demonstrate in finding you a home or marketing & selling current home. We as Realtors could work for almost ANY Real Estate Company. Why wouldn't you want a Realtor who works for the #1 Real Estate Company in the world? RE/MAX is number 1!!!
