I first met Gina at 24-Hour Fitness as my personal trainer. I was immediately struck by her professionalism and warm personality. I trained with Gina for at least a year and she was always working on self-improvement for herself as well as her clients. She takes her relationships very seriously. I've been blessed with a lot of great people throughout my life. In order to maintain balance and serenity, the physical body, etheric body,(chakras,kundalini) must also be stimulated. When I need healing work on my body, mind, and soul, Gina is the one I perfer. This conclusion stems from being a witness of her growth, and her transformation into the full functioning self. The rate is $70/hr for 60 mins or $100/90 mins
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a personal trainer in 2001. I'd stretch my clients at the end and so many of them said I should be a Massage Therapist and it felt like the right next move. Now after 8 years of that kind of hands on experience, people open up to me. This year I added Body Image Coach to my resume. Results in life are 80% psychology and 20% strategy.
