Introduction: There are three main points that separate my business from other caterers around. 1) Flexibility: Because I rent a commercial kitchen on a by-event basis, I do not limit my clients to a certain couple dishes. Instead, I customize every customers individual menu based on their needs and wants. 2) Variety: I am comfortable with many different cuisine styles and am happy to take on any type of food that you would want to make you event special. 3)Love and Passion: My love and passion for food truly is the heart of my trade. I take pride in each and every component of the dishes I prepare so that the food will be as memorable as your party I love making people happy, with food. I have always enjoyed satisfying people. To have the ability to do so with food brings me much joy. It absolutely is my pleasure, when it comes to preparing your next special event, to serve delicious and memorable food.

Every meal that Chef Byrd has prepared for my family and I has been absolutely delicious. He is fast and a creative expert on favor! And he has a great personality to boot. He is very real and approachable. I highly recommend him to everyone.

    I sit down with any potential clients to determine what their specific needs are. I then devise a custom menu or set of menus that accommodate their needs. I contact the client within a few days (for catering events) and give them my finalized quote.
