- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount customers whom I see more than once a month, and military (as I am prior service). My prices are not out of reach for the average household, and I understand that requests may be added upon arrival at the home or office. Any additional work will be clearly discussed and agreed upon so there is never a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is first making sure I fully understand their wants and needs. Then making sure that I execute their requests. I ask questions, because every home or business is different. I want the clean to be done right the first time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Between the military, kids of my own, working for friends and family and finding something I was good at and enjoyed, I knew this profession was something I could excel in and make something of my own.
