Steve visited our condo and reviewed what we wanted in our bathroom remodel. He was a little late in arriving but the biggest issue we had was receiving the quote for his work. We waited 30 days and had to contact multiple time before receiving his quote.

Details: Full remodel of existing bathroom • No plumbing fixtures will be relocated • No electrical will need to be relocated • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Update the bathroom's look • Replace bathroom furniture and fixtures • Family (full bathroom shared by everyone) • Residential

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with the customer go over the scope of work take any pictures and measurements needed . After doing so I will write up an estimate and email the homeowner. If that bid is accepted I schedule a time for the work to be preformed and ask for a deposit on the job . 50% down to cover materials . The other 50% payable when Work is complete to the customers satisfaction.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started 25 years ago working as a grunt , watching and learning all I could from those above me .
