Mr. Sales was a strategic IT planner who fostered innovation. He directed operational IT planning, including planning IT projects and the allocation of manpower resources.
Collaboration and maintenance of communications with the administration staff was also a part of his skill set. He designed and implemented procedures and best practices. Research of IT solutions and recommendations for the improvement of IT systems and IT infrastructure was also included in his job.
Besides negotiating and approving technology vendors, Mr. Sales
diagnosed computer problems, monitored computer processing systems, installed software and performed tests on computer equipment and programs. He set up computer equipment and scheduled maintenance on all machines and servers.

Fred Sales handled our computers, and network for our school. He kept the system safe, up-to-date, and working perfectly. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, and extremely honest. Being a private school he always worked to keep our budget in mind.

Rick has helped me many times on different laptops, whether it be viruses, or rebuilds. He has also built a desktop for my son that was wonderful and was just like what he had at school. Highly recommend!
