After interviewing representatives from 3 remediation companies, I decided to use Flash Restore. They were all of the above: professional, responsive, punctual. Their work was done well and reasonably price. After they finished the remediation but before the mold assessor came in to take the air sample, they came back to check an air vent because they felt it needed more work.
