What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tiered pricing tailored to all levels of business and individuals. Our Accounting Service rates can be billed hourly based on the number of transactions to be recorded or can be billed as a monthly flat rate. Our Tax Preparation service is priced depending on the complexity of the business or individual return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we offer a free over the phone or in person consultation to discover our customer needs. Then we proceed to offer recommendations and system solutions. We prepare an execution plan with deadlines and proceed to implement it upon our client's approval.
