Introduction: I received my RYT 200 at Total Harmony Yoga and will be continuing my 300 hour education there. I also plan to take prenatal yoga training in January. I have experienced many different yoga classes and learned how to correctly sequence the poses together. Yoga is more than just poses, it teaches you how to breathe properly and makes you aware of your body and have inner awareness. It is about clearing the mind and bringing the mind, body, spirit as one whole.
I am kind, treat others with respect, love planning and organizing just about anything. I love creating a calm, relaxing, mind and body nurturing environment. Yoga is my passion and what I am meant for. I understand the stress that people go through in their daily lives and I want to help create a relaxing space for others.
