With Trust Real Estate, clients can procure and sell real estate with agents that are both knowledgeable of current market trends, and have an understanding of negotiating on behalf of the client; whether the property type be agricultural, commercial, investment property, or residential. Bobby Alexander can walk a client through the confusing buying and selling process, guide them through a saturated real estate market, and help negotiate and close the transaction. To me, helping guide folks through the real estate process is more than a job - it's a hobby. I've always been fascinated by numbers, economics, and trends, and being a Realtor has granted me the ability to study our current housing market daily to be able to help clients find the best investment for their future home, or sell their home for top dollar. It's even allowed me to work with investors to find the greatest cap rates available at any given time, and to help all of my clients make the best investment in their future. It's definitely more than a job, it's my free time and weekends, and my passion.
