- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on providing a high level of service to my clients. I make sure to make myself available before, during and after engagements to address any questions my clients may have. I want my clients to look to me as a trusted financial resource.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is critically important to establish a level of trust with my clients, which places an emphasis establishing a connection and making my clients comfortable to fully understand their needs. Communication is critical and I pride myself on keeping clients updated and proving guidance and feedback every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors in Accounting, Masters of Accountancy and Masters in Real Estate Development. I'm a Certified Public Accountant and I've worked in both public and private accounting and real estate development. My industry experience includes financial services, real estate, private equity and construction. I've also been a direct investor in real estate for more than 8 years, so I understand the unique and complex requirements of managing real estate investments.
