- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30-minute strategy session for any person interested in potentially hiring a coach. In that session, we'll focus on helping you get clarity as to what you want, help you begin to remove what's in the way and create an initial action plan for change. For any potential speaking engagement, I'm happy to offer a free consultation session to discuss the speaking opportunity and examine potential fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Social work from Boston College and a Bachelors in Psychology from Fairfield University. I also hold Life Mastery Consulting Certification from the Life Mastery Institute and Executive Coaching Certification from the Rescue Institute.
