- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discount condo, town-house and carriage home inspections. We strive to provide a high quality inspection at a very competitive price. We know that purchasing a home or other property is a significant investment. No one wants to encounter unexpected, costly issues after closing that you were not aware of and were not disclosed and you want to know that the property is safe and and is in good condition. Providing you that important information in a timely and useful manner is out mission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is transparent and simple. We provide the client with a contract prior to performing the inspection. They know what we will do and how much it will cost. We perform the inspection per applicable inspection guidelines and finally we prepare a report for the client with both observations and photographs, then we Email it in PDF format, generally within 24 hours to the client. Hard copy reports are mailed upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed by the State of Florida Home Inspector #HI 10071 and Florida State Licensed Professional Engineer #PE 81722 We are a member of InterNACHI – International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The InterNACHI home inspector association promotes a code of ethics, fosters and provides continuing education and promotes professional and ethical behavior. As a member InterNACHI, you are hiring a qualified inspector that adheres to the association’s standards of practice and code of ethics.
