Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Prospective customers, thank you for your choosing Alis Homes (pronounced "Alease") for your home improvement needs. Chances are if you choose to get a quote from our company, you will meet Leo. He is our go-to guy from running your jobs to possibly installing them (if our other installers are busy). Leo has been in the construction fields since the ripe age of 13, where he started raking rocks and laying sod for a local general contractor. Never leaving the construction trades, he is a journeyman in most interior trades, has a degree in design/drafting, and has multiple years of experience in being a superintendent for a local custom home builder before starting a company with his wife, Sarah, in 2004, taking it to a five-star contracting service and maintaining it till a serious injury in 2009, which led to having to take a step back from the job he loves. Now, he is back and ready to take your project to the next level. We have a showroom for carpet and hard surfaces and will give any customer 20% off their products purchased from us, from cabinets, countertops, and flooring to kitchen and bath renovations. We are a five-star rated company and are the leader in customer service in our area. Hi. I'm Leo. What do I enjoy about the work we do? Well, for me, it's the entire process from the time they call us for a measure and quote to the smile on my customers' faces at the end of the project. I love working with my hands. I have been this way since I was a kid working on cars with my dad. The thrill is when I get to think outside the box. How can I give the customers what they are asking for, stay within their budget, and build something that should last for years and years? I pride myself in making the process fun. We really make an effort to make it a zero-stress zone. That goes for our installers too. When we are happy, open-minded, and allowed to use our artistic freedoms to make a project one of a kind, we are at our best. That is 100% our goal to each and every project. You hear people say, "Your job is this or that," but we won't. It's "our" project--you, the customer, and we, the installers. With us, you have a contractor who would only do something to your home what he/she would do to his/her own homes. That's Alis Homes.

Leo and his crew were very professional and respected our property while completing our kitchen/living room remodel. We had to fire our original general contractor due to substandard workmanship and very bad customer service. We went through a very long and tiring process of selecting the right general contractor to finish and repair our remodel project. I must have interviewed 6 or 7 general contractors before selecting Leo with Alis homes. What drew me to Leo was that he actually cared and what we were going through (keep in mind our project was about 40% completed and it was a mess) financially and emotionally. I also sensed that Leo was the only one that looked at our project as a challenge. Leo's proposal was very competitive and we were able to agree on a payment schedule. During the project it was apparent that we had made the right choice with Alis homes. After each workday, areas were cleaned up and tools were put away properly. What stood out for me was the battery charges/power tools were all unplugged after each work day. Communication between us was excellent with texts and phone calls. Scheduled work was pretty much spot on and project completion date was about 2 weeks off. This delay was not caused by Leo but by our first contractor and his very poor workmanship. Leo needed the extra time to reinspect, repair, reinforce and ensure things are to code. Overall we are very satisfied with Leo and his quality workmanship on our remodel project. We are so impressed with his work that we have already positively referred Leo to our coworkers.

Thank you, Alis Homes! We love our new fence! From the very beginning they were professional, timely, and listened to what we wanted. They kept us informed on progress and kept their word. We could tell they have pride in their work and keeping customers happy. We are already discussing our next project and we will definitely be hiring Alis homes again.

Due to a scheduling mishap on his end he delayed the project by a day. And the next day he canceled it. Now my larger project, of which this was a part, is now off schedule.

Details: Baseboards • Drywall • Yes, I will provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • 81 - 160 ft • I would like it painted

Apologies.first and foremest, we try to help no matter the job size. However it is the busiest time in 10 years here in seattle. MARK your project you say was a minimum job for us we are not handymen or painters like i explained. we are remodlers/and finish carpenter's being asked to do a small 30 minute Under 100 LN ft job site unseen. We tried to fit it in for you though. You texted tuesday in a panic out of the blue after a month of not hearing from you. We are booked out 10 weeks things get moved schedules are ever changing You wanted an answer of a time this week right than while i was watching my kid play football. First few hours in daylight i had off in almost a year. I got off work at 10 pm yesturday because I tred to fit you in But just couldn't after a water pipe broke open in a home we laid hardwood in westport. So yes, we needed to cancel cutting acouple pcs of trim for u to help dry out a floor for a family with a disabled young man back from war in a wheelchair so he can goto the bathroom. Our priorities are not messed up here. Id make the same decision again and ill push 10000000 of your handy man jobs to do it again. Ill even take the 1 star that comes with it. Poor scheduling on your part for this huge remodle of 100 ft.calling hours before it had to be done during the busiest time ever doesn't make it an emergency on ours.
