I moved into a new house and didn't like the oil and grease stains on the garage floor. My friend suggested having the floor coated so I called a few companies for an estimate. John from Specialized was the first to respond and we made an appointment to meet at my house the next day. John inspected the floor and recommended a coating system that would look/perform best for me. His estimate was very competitive and fair. One company's estimate was a little less, but I trusted John's expertise and experience more and decided to hire Specialized. The coating job went very smoothly. John's crew was on time, and very polite and professional. They treated my property very respectfully and paid attention to every detail. I couldn't be happier with my new floor and the service I received from Specialized Coatings. It's hard to see in the photo, but my flooring system is an epoxy coating with a decorative micro flake.
