Lis is the best Life Coach and Counselor I have ever know. She holds several degrees and has extensive experience working with adults in life crisis, providing tools and skills to resolve the problem of changing jobs, depression and poor mental outlooks, which can contribute to a poor quality of life and makes it very tough to be positive and develop habits to overcome adversity. Lis, Helped me with a life crisis. She is wonderfully kind and well educated counselor who worked with me to overcome depression and the loss of a parent.
