Introduction: Professional chef for over 30 years, apprenticed in classical French cuisine for 2 years, then workrd for ten years in classic italian cuisine, first at The italian Chalet in denville NJ, and then Il Villaggio in Morris plains NJ. I was chef de cuisine at An American Grill in Randolph nj for 5 years creating and managing an eclectic new American menu. While at An American Grill, we had a television show called A Class in Cooking-which ran for 3 years.Since 1999 I have been Chef/Owner at The Station at Mountain Lakes What makes my job the most meaningfull is the joy I get from feeding people and helping them create, plan and successfully execute their special events

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn how to cook a gorgeous and delicious meal all while having fun with good company, Chef Bradley Cooper is the man to hire. For Christmas, I wanted to get my girlfriend a special gift. She has always mentioned how desperately she wants to learn to cook, so I looked around on thumbtack for a suitable hire. In our mid 20s, my girlfriend and I are on a tight budget and weren't sure what to expect when hiring a professional chef to come into our tiny apartment and give us a lesson! Fortunately, Chef Brad showed up and could not have made us feel more comfortable and relaxed despite our lack of cooking necessities and experience. Brad showed up early, brought along a delicious loaf of his home-made bread (on the house), and went on to teach us - step by step - how to prepare an unbelievable seafood meal. Brad has decades of experience in the food industry, owns his own successful restaurant, is incredibly down to Earth, very easy going, and he proved tonight that he can make a meal taste delicious even in the most lackluster environments. I highly, highly recommend his service. This was the greatest gift I could've given my girlfriend, other than a wedding ring :)

I charge a $100 per hr., most classes take about 1.5 hrs with a little down time before and after

lots of communication pre class, getting to know the client and what the person would like to learn so that we both feel comfortable going forward with the class.
