- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin with I will send you over email a variety of questions to get an understanding of what you're looking for (goals etc.) Following this, we will set up an initial meeting where I will do a nutrition assessment and from there we will figure out what exactly you need to achieve your goals. I am able to provide meal plans, however cost varies depending how may days and how in-depth you're looking for.
