- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are base on project. not all clients are the same, so we catered our fees base on the clients needs and project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We 1st have a phone consultation to learn more about the client and their needs. 2nd we go over our services and what we can offer the clients. upon agreement we will sign a services agreement and start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have BA in accounting, Certified bookkeepers and QBO Pro-advisors
