Introduction: I have over 2 decades, and a couple thousand cases, of mediation experience in private practice and in Colorado Courts. All my services, whether as Mediator, Collaborative Divorce Facilitator, Collaborative Law Attorney, or Legal Consultant, emphasize joint collaborative discussions among participants. I am whole-heartedly committed to helping people resolve matters without using adversarial court proceedings. And I fully support and assist any self-help efforts my clients want to use to save costs. My focus is on family, divorce, and civil legal disputes.
