This was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. I am extremely dissatisfied. I had initially asked if they clean the entire home since I was moving out and needed everything cleaned, to which they responded that they did. When I walked into my house after the "cleaning" the only things cleaned were the floors and the toilets. Based on every single quote I received for a "move out" cleaning, everything included (as standard) inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, walls and doors wiped down, countertops, sinks, showers/bath, and some included blinds. That being said, when I asked to verify that they clean everything since this is a move out, I would NOT have expected that "everything" means only floors and toilets. While they were in my house cleaning, I called them and asked if there was anything in the house that needed to be cleaned that was not included in what they normally clean that I can pay extra for and they told me, "no, everything looks good!" Then I show up at home and the floors weren't even fully cleaned and I had to stay up super late cleaning out all of the drawers and cabinets myself and washing down walls and doors. I then contacted them to let them know how unsatisfactory the service was and asked if we can work out a refund situation and I still have not heard back from them. So unless you want to end up paying someone else hundreds of dollars so you can clean your own house, you may want to look elsewhere. Very unhappy.
