FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 per lesson. Lessons are generally 45 minutes to an hour, depending on what the client can handle. Very young children or senior clients can not handle the water as long as other clients, this is taken into consideration. Client provides pool, or pool access. I generally only teach in private pools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When on boarding a new client, I meet with them first, find out their goals and objectives, and assess their skill level. At which point I develop a lesson plan to move forward to. I also assign practice drills for the days that we do not meet, if at least intermediate swimmers, and comfortable swimming with out me. I swim with my clients, always by their side incase of issues, and focused attention to their techniques and progress. I am constantly evaluating and recalculating what my client needs and how to get them there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Consistent swim lessons, teams and coaching for over 20 years. Competed with USS, UHSSA and Masters Teams. Swim Instructor & Coach for over 20 years. Team Records and State Competition Placing.
