- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically price per project. For resume clients, my prices are cut and dry for resume and cover letter creation. Web presence help (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is on a per-project basis. For writing clients, I typically price per hour, at a rate that varies depending on the client's needs. Please reach out with any questions about pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New projects begin with a 15-minute phone call so that I can get a feel for your needs and goals. It also gives us a chance to see if we're a good fit for each other and ensure that we're on the same page about the project. After that's confirmed, I ask for 25% down to hold the time on my calendar, and we get the project moving!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in professional writing from Western Kentucky University. In the field, I have worked in resume writing for ten years, and content marketing for seven years.
