The job was installing a sewage injector pump in a bathroom I added in my basement. I also had a 50 gallon tank added to my boiler for hot water. Lastly, once my basement renovation was done, he piped in a new heating zone down there. I couldn't have been happier with the final product. Everything looks great and works the way it should. Brian, the owner, was easy to deal with and very professional. He was upfront about everything he was going to do, and most importantly he communicated with me throughout the process and kept me up to date with the project. He had a few suggestions which ultimately I ended up going with and am glad I did. The job was finished in a timely fashion. As a new homeowner I've never had to hire a plumber and after this experience I will always be using Bell Systems going forward.

I have used Bell Systems on multiple occasions, most recently with replacing the flange and wax ring on my leaky toilet and then Brian replaced a water line on the refrigerator (realized too late it was leaking and he responded quickly when I called). Bell Systems fixed both issues with no problems and respond in a timely manor. Brian was super helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend his services for large or small jobs.

Brian Bell has performed three jobs for me including installation of an outdoor shower, all the plumbing work related to the remodel of our master bathroom, and all the plumbing work related to the addition of an in-law apartment including a new kitchen and new full bath. He is great to work with, always fair and honest, reasonably priced, and will give you critical information that other contractors would often ignore or leave out. I highly recommend Bell Systems, I trust him completely with any plumbing and heating work.
