Introduction: •A comprehensive wellness package that includes assessment of medical history and general physical condition with dietary, fitness and weight loss recommendations, if indicated. I provide practical suggestions and simple, easy ways to improve health.
•Physical conditioning for any level with one on one personal coaching. Specialties are flexibility training and self-defense/martial arts. I also feature a unique program called "Yoga-Tai" (Elements of Yoga and Tai Chi which focus on stress relief with core strengthening and moving meditation).
•I have been teaching martial arts for more than thirty years and have traveled extensively
to Asia to further my knowledge. After winning an AAU silver medal in fighting at the age of 19, I spent many years competing in tournaments. I now volunteer my services as a judge
for U.S. and international martial arts events.
•I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings.
I am currently a health consultant for Fitnessthroughfasting.com and Director of Medical
Research at Amazing Health Publishing.
What I enjoy most about my work is seeing people who have struggled with health issues begin to move and make changes which can enable them to begin the journey toward a
better life.
In truth, there is no greater satisfaction than to be of service to a fellow human being. I consider it a privilege to help people make changes than can make them healthier,
happier and improve the quality of their life.
In the grand scheme of things, health is priceless. Without it, doing almost anything in life
can be difficult. My goal is to do whatever I can to assist every person, patient and client
to get every ounce of life out of life that they can.
