FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer, I prefer to discuss skin type, the style preferences, artistic vision, and desired outcome first. I am always encouraging the incorporation of pictures or media to have a visual reference to the verbal request. From here, we tackle the project at hand. Whether it's day of, or we're doing a trial run for a bride, having the artistic vision relayed fluidly and poignantly creates the best outcome for us both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of North Carolina Asheville, where I studied the arts- art history, color theory, and multimedia design. I've apprenticed under two salons- allowing me to be well versed in the art of hair; I have also been formally trained through Bobbi Brown in the art of makeup.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with models, brides to be, mothers to be, friends, family, photographers, and artists. A woman of many hats, I have yet to meet a request I can't tackle.
