Having 1 on 1 help with my personal trainer during this two year weight loss and fitness journey has made all the difference in the world. When finally deciding to seek professional help--and I was apprehensive--I met Rick Ray. His first approach to health and fitness was assessing my physical abilities and moving forward with teaching the correct way to exercise. With that, everything else fell into place. Without Rick's knowledge of proper exercise form, the right exercises for me and finding the correct HEALTHFUL diet, I never would have been able to achieve my goals of gaining strength, losing 30+ pounds, feeling great and being healthy. Every step of the way, Rick has been supportive and NEVER judgmental. He set the groundwork and helped me follow through. About three months ago I injured my shoulder while being "CARELESS". After being evaluated by my doctor, Rick designed an exercise routine to be used daily. His knowledgeable and thoughtful guidance has helped me recover--eliminating most of the pain! Although I have NEVER enjoyed exercise, I now look forward to my workouts. Thank you, Rick Ray, for all your help!

I've been with Rick forever and enjoy each workout. Rick targets your workouts for your specific needs. I have several chronic injuries that he is excellent at designing my workouts to not injure these areas while still providing a total workout. He's good at knowing your present abilities and takes you from there. He is always introducing new workouts that make things interesting and fun. I'm also not a "drill sargeant" type and I don't need to be yelled at during my session. Rick is excellent at getting me to give my all without the yelling. Rick is an excellent Trainer!

Rick is a very unique trainer. He is very educated in his field. Always finding new ways to motivate me, Rick has given up and above any other trainer I have ever worked with. He takes time to plan and explain workouts. Nutrition the biggest part of training and Rick makes sure his clients are taught that. He takes a personal interest in my goals and encourages me.
