FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is a minimum amount for each job. I do not charge by the hour which, is better as then you do not have to worry about people cleaning slowly or slower than usual to rack up my hours equals more money out of your pocket
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is to first answer their response in a timely manner and make sure I respond with a personalized response and not something that is automated as each customer is different and requires different needs. Then, we converse back-and-forth to find a day and time that is convenient for them to have me come by and take a look at the cleaning they need completed. Lastly, we meet with the customer to provide them with a free in-home estimate and if so requested we can send them an itemized estimate via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the cleaning industry for 2 years and truly enjoy the work that comes with it. I have taken a few courses in deep cleaning and organizing. I did graduate from highschool with my diploma and had planned to start attending college but ultimately, I wanted to start my dream which is owning my own company, and that is when Consumer Cleaning was created. I wanted to a cleaning company that was not charging its customers an arm n' leg for services.
