What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most of my work, I charge $43.50 an hour -- you are getting 30 years of marketing and marketing leadership experience for that -- both traditional and digital. For more complex work, my rate may be slightly higher.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone or face-to-face discussion to learn about a prospective client's opportunities and challenges and how my skill set and services would help them address them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Google AdWords specialist - I've passed various search and display advertising exams; plus, I've been managing or involved with AdWords campaigns for many years now. I regularly educate myself on any new trends in digital marketing and advertising. I've used a variety of web site content management systems (CMS) and am very comfortable teaching myself new ones. Recently or currently employed/employ Hubspot, Sitecore, Wordpress, and WIX CMS to launch or maintain new sites. Currently educating myself about others.
