- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary a little depending on packages and distance traveled. We like to bundle things and provide a great overall price and package that includes a Buy Back Guarantee (yes, we will buy back the home at purchase price if we miss anything), a 90 day home warranty on appliances, and the insurance reports (Wind Mitigation and 4-Point) that allow the customer to get discounts and save money on their home insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At AcuSystem we prefer to have the customer on site with us. This allows us to address any concerns that the customer might have and to walk the customer through the process as we go through the home. We enjoy answering their questions and helping them feel confident in their purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors have worked as handymen and on various construction jobs. The various skills acquired help make them well rounded and able to spot various issues.
