- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on job type. The more high risk jobs are priced higher, then a low risk job. So price can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer contacts "Tampa 2 Security " We immediately thank them for considering "Tampa 2 Security" for their security needs. Then, I ask them to explain their security needs, including date, location, time and number of security officers needed. At that time we will let the customer know if "Tampa 2 Security" is available. If so, at the point we will discuss the cost "Tampa 2 Security " will charge for its services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, the Founder & CEO of "Tampa 2 Security" earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Florida A & M University. I also have over 30 years of experience in the Security business.
