Introduction: I've been a residential home builder and in the industry for over 20 years. 15 of which I've owned and operated my own company. I'm motivated, knowledgable, hardworking, and extremely honest. I'm new to Tampa and new to Thumbtack but I'm not new to residential construction & home maintenance/home improvement.. If your tired of the guy who cuts corners, doesn't communicate, doesn't show up when he says, over charges for poor quality work, and makes you wish you had hired the other guy....well I'm the other guy! Let me show you what I can do!! I enjoy hands-on work and watching a project come together. I like taking a pile of construction materials and turning it into something beautiful that somebody can enjoy for years, like a new deck by the pool or garage or an addition for the new family rec room. I also enjoy taking something that's old and run down in restoring it to something new and exciting, like a kitchen renovation project or turning the garage into a new man cave! I build new, I restore old, I fix, renovate, remodel, upgrade, and more!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually $50-$75 if it's a roof repair and I can fix on the spot. Same if it's a simple handyman fix. Longer jobs vary and can be estimated. $40 an hour for hourly work. We are efficient!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I'll reply to the customer the same day they inquire and set up a day and time to look at and estimate the job. I try to get estimates out that same week. Sometimes estimates are given on the spot. Sometimes the job is done on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience as a home builder, remodeler, and handyman.
