- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a free initial consultation with all customers to ensure that the issue is one we can help with. If it looks like a good fit, we have both flat fee and hourly billing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a consultation and identify the issues and how we can help. Usually the same day that we receive the opening documents from the client we have contacted the IRS and the State and have gotten a hold on collections activities. We keep the client informed of progress at each stage of representation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from law school and started working in taxes immediately after passing the Bar exam. I make sure to stay up to date on changes to IRS and State collections procedures and have worked on approximately 1,000 cases between the IRS and the States.
