- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every case is different. We want to price every job individually to give the customer a personalized quote that reflects their job; not a catch-all price that may not apply to their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to understand what the customer wants to accomplish. From there, we can best apply the most cost efficient solution and means to give them exactly what they want at the best possible price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the carpentry, painting and service industries for over 25 years. We are now incorporated, insured and bonded. We are in the process of being MS state licensed.
