- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Buyers usually their is no out of pocket cost, my commission is built into the sale price and covered by the seller. For Sellers there is no upfront costs. My commission is paid out of the sale price usually at the time of the close.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For clients Selling a property I usually meet with the Seller to discuss their goals and expectations. After that I will look at Comparable properties that have Sold recently and are properties Actively for Sale to find where the Market is on their property. Then we can decide on what would be the best price point to sell their property. For Buyers, I listen to the desires of the buyers and their price point. Then I help them to find properties they like. Once a property is found. we'll move forward on getting the best value possible on that property while protecting the Interests & Finances or the buyer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lisc. by the State of MO. with additional training both state required and specialized real estate practices. The industry is always evolving so you must learn new techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
