- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the great things about our Company is our reasonable charges. We don't believe in gouging customers for every penny - we believe in being fair and doing quality work because we want long term customers not just one time. We always present different options for repairs and replacements to help fit within our customers budgets!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical new customer process involves us getting to know what your needs are and what you want to achieve from our services. We want to know long term goals for your service/repair/replacement and your budget. This gives us the chance to help our customers the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education that goes along with HVAC & Plumbing is ongoing. Along with a 2Yr Associates Degree in the field there are 20-40 continuous (credit hours) training yearly to keep up with new technology and advancements. We don't miss an opportunity to grow our knowledge base.
