We thought we had a huge and expensive issue with our AC; however, they were able to quickly diagnosis and was a very easy fix. Will definitely use them again for future assistance and maintenance needs.

Brandon was the tech who came to assess my hvac situation. He was clear in his communication and very professional. I appreciated that I was texted when he was en route. He went above and beyond with his svc and even did some touch ups of the vent that has some rust from the condensation of one of the AC grills. I knew I needed to get regular maintenance on my hvac system so based on his service and professionalism I signed up to get regular maintenance. The air filters were replaced promptly and all service was done without any business interruption! Thank you Titan and Brandon!

My heater wasn’t turning on in the morning. Titan was able to come out the same day. Freddy came and did a great job. He was kind, professional, really explained what he was seeing in my attic (even showed me videos he had taken) and I felt completely comfortable with him in my house. He was super thorough and kept working at it until he found the problem. The next morning my heat turned on!!
