They where professional in there appearance and there attitudes where great. They treated my home and myself with the utmost courtesy and respect. I will use Dr.Watts for all of my electrical needs. There technicians are above the board in all they do. Very polite and extremely knowledgable.

The company was quick to respond. On the day of the work, they were late, but called an hour ahead to let me know (something I can understand). The work was done by a master electrician and his helper. They took their time to to explain things until they were sure we understood. They guaranteed their work and that if they couldn't solve the problem we didn't have to pay. They were courteous and offered additional services but explained them. They also told us about work we didn't need done and did not try to oversell or upcharge things. They also offer a military discount (much appreciated). I can tell you that my family will be using them for all such needs and I will be actively recommending them to my friends. Special thank you to Frank and Allen.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, We meet with our new customer and discuss their electrical issues or needs. Then, we will give them an estimate or set charge for the work that will be done. We will then set a scheduled time for the work to be done.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from limited incomes to high end business people. We can simply, add an outlet or add new construction service. We have done everything in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say to make sure that you hire a professional and courteous company. Talk to the owner, talk to the staff, talk with the people who will be coming into your home or business and make sure that you feel comfortable with these people. Make sure that you get a quote for all work being done.
