Complete Home Contracting did an incredible job. I needed a new back door installed and wanted to add a storm door with some new wood steps. This was all a surprise for my wife and they worked around my schedule and hers to get it done without her knowing. Everything looks great. I have some other projects that I'm looking to do and I'll be contacting Complete Home Contracting again.

Adam was absolutely fantastic to work with. From our initial meeting for the estimate, his help in finalizing on the proper door, this process was amazingly simple thanks to him. Unsure of the features of the door to be installed (screen in the storm, full insert or not etc), he not only found the perfect door based on our conversation, but picked it up, delivered and installed it! Talk about easy as 1,2,3 for me. We discussed a second door on our first meeting and not only did he see if that was still in my thoughts/plans, but again, Adam listened to the options I was looking for and suggested a door that I love. So to say the least, we will be gladly doing business again very very soon and I cant wait! If you have any thoughts of a professional and not sure who to go with, Adam is your guy!

Really wanted to get job done and felt confident with CNY that things would go well. Unfortunately, we we told we needed to enter my husband into hospice care 3 days before the job was due to begin. I'm not sure when we can do this now, as we are doing home hospice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are Free of Charge We provide senior, military and first responder discounts. We participate in the GAF Roof for Troops program which qualifies you for a rebate direct From GAF once your roof is installed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to do onsite estimates as each job can be unique and we like to get a sense of what the customer would like. Once you receive your estimate you are able to visit our showroom to view samples of the products we will install and to choose colors. We are here every step of the way to make the process as easy as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF Master Elite roofers as well as Owens Corning preferred roofers.
