- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way we price our projects is based on the scope of work for that particular project, if it's a smaller project we also provide either an hourly rate or daily rate which ever the customer is more comfortable with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is unique, when meeting a customer for the first time we generally speak on the phone set up a time that works with the customers schedule. During our phone conversation I try to get a feel if the customer has a plan or an idea of what it is they would like or require from the project. Depending on what the scope of the project is, I can offer my opinion on how to get the most for their money. Should the project involve only cosmetic work I can offer samples of various types of materials. And most importantly with a new customer referrals/ references and providing my credentials willingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have completed,Most of my education and experience that relates to my work luckily comes from my farther. He came here from Europe after the war and has given his family a comfortable life. He is the one that installed good values a strong work ethic and treat people with respect. What could possibly be better, there are no schools that can provide this type of education.
