- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Pricing is strictly based on what the client needs/wants. There is a $75 minimum that must be met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I discuss what they are looking for (location, time, day, number of people included). I then schedule a time/day to meet to discuss things further. Collect their information. Then help them with decisions that will be suit their picture needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year college course in photography. 4+ years of photo editing software.
