Introduction: MMA is everywhere now and joining a gym with seasoned fighters may seem a little daunting but I'm here to help. I have over 15 years experience and I coach at one of the top MMA schools in MA. I offer one on one sessions at $30/hr or bring a friend for $55/hr. For personal training, I offer adaptable cardio mixed with kickboxing and punching bags as well as pads. I love Martial Arts and being able to help people achieve fitness goals using this passion is by far the best experience I've had. I'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Evan knows how to make someone want to push their own limits and be better, while sill keeping it fun and comfortable, and different so it didn't get repetitive or boring. He's demanding, but also encouraging and supportive. If you have a goal in mind, he will not only get you there but help you to surpass it. I have and would continue to recommend Evan, and actually look forward to going to the gym.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$30 dollars an hour per person. Groups of 2-3, $25 an hour per person. A group of 4 people $100, the more the merrier.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time, date, sign a waiver and we're good to go. I always start my clients off with proper striking techniques and work from there.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first karate class was in second grade. From then on, martial arts has remained a very integral part of who I am.
