Very professional. House was infested with bed bugs after long weekend. Ed was very knowledgeable and provided complete information on bed bug thermal remediation. No laundry no multiple treatments. Even though it's expensive, heat is very efficient way of bed bug treatment. Highly recommend for bed bug services.
