Aashritha and her team were INCREDIBLE! We had her help us with our day-of-coordination and she went above and beyond call of duty. Professionalism- One example was- we had multiple events as part of our wedding weekend and we had only asked her to help coordinate one of the events, but whenever the same people were involved in multiple events, she would just coordinate it and take care of it. Work Quality & Responsiveness- She was so reliable, whenever I called/emailed/texted she was immediately responsive. During our wedding whenever I felt like I needed something, she would magically appear and make it happen. At our reception my earring back was loose and kept falling off, so she just removed her jewelry and gave me hers, which was so incredibly generous and sweet. Even after the wedding was over, she made sure to email us to remind us to send out our marriage certificate and a few other tasks that we had not thought to do! She was integral in making my wedding day seamless, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for anything to be better.

Aashritha was amazing! As a neurotic bride, it was hard to find a planner who is patient and organized enough to meet my expectations. Aashritha well surpassed her expected role. We hired her as a day planner but she worked with us from the moment we signed with her. A few highlights of why she’s great: -Aashritha scheduled it so well that the wedding day was AHEAD of schedule by a good 15 minutes. Our wedding was done 20 minutes earlier than we expected considering Indian standard time. This allowed us to take lots more pictures than we originally had planned for which was so great. -She was always easily accessible. If I texted her, she got back to me immediately. -I never had to remind her of any of my preferences. -She found an amazing florist for my bouquet last minute like a week before the wedding. -Aashritha thought of things we never thought of which made our day go so smoothly -She took care of all of the inevitable hiccups at the wedding. She was on top of everything. All of our guests raved about her professionalism and patience. Couldn’t have had such an amazing wedding day without her!

Incredible coordination team! Aashritha and her team member Kapila were amazing; we had them for ‘day of’ coordination as a recommendation from our venue, and don’t want to imagine what our wedding day would’ve looked like without them. We met her multiple times before our big day and her communication was superb; she was super responsive to all calls/texts/emails— and honestly probably more on top of things/proactive than we were for our own wedding. She kept in close contact with us throughout the process, making a detailed itinerary and sending us much needed suggestions along the way. Planning a wedding was one of the most stressful times of our lives but Aashritha made sure both my husband and I had an incredible, stress free time the day of. IF there were any hiccups, we sure didn’t know about them. She was there from holding my phone, bringing me breakfast after learning I didn’t eat, running around grabbing things from the hotel rooms, keeping in close contact with family, following through with any and every request and plenty of behind the scenes items that we likely weren’t exposed to. Post-wedding/reception, we were complemented quite a bit on how smooth and on schedule everything ran; the organization was impeccable. Thank you Aashritha for your time, dedication, passion and willingness to make our day very special. As someone you’ve only known for a few weeks before the wedding yet treating and giving them respect like family means the world. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Initial consultation - learn about our packages and most importantly let us learn about you and what you are looking for! Step 2: Contract - Once we have finalized the planning package best suited for you, we can sign a contract to book us for your wedding date. Step 3: Let the planning begin!
