Asphalt Paving- quality asphalt product layed in from 2"-4" pads.
Asphalt seal coating & maintnance- we use only the best materials around applying by hand or sprayed, we fill cracks with hot rubber and seal coat with a latex based asphalt emulsion (neighbor hood rates)
Chip n seal- we spray a Asphalt emulsion hot oil mat covering the entire drive way then spread fine clean washer 3-8" chip rock over, compressing it with a roller. Can be applied of base rock or asphalt! Your choice of many different rocks to make it decorative. Chip n seal is maintnance free and last 7+ years! Normally half the price of what asphalt costs.
Concrete repair- Crack filling with a latex self leveling product. We also coat Concrete with any color of concrete paints or clear coats. Power washing and staining drive ways, decks, side walks!

When we hired Royal Asphalt we went into the project a little sceptical only because of the past contractors we have used for our drive way needs. When they came out we could tell rite away how professional their sales pitch and the cleaness of their stuff. When we decided to go with them even though they was a tad bit higher than other bids, they got onto the project rite away and never left us in the dark. Step by step of the way, always coming to the door and letting us know exactly what it was they were doing. At the end of the project it was exactly what we wanted and was very excited to get to start using our new paved parking lot! Thank you Royal Asphalt for a job very well done!
