I had numerous small household tasks + reassembly of IKEA furniture. Bill was ON TIME. Called when he was nearby. Has a very pleasant demeanor. Was able to problem solve and find solutions to fixing things. He likes figuring out how to fix things. I am so glad he came to help!

The job was to install a window A/C unit with a simple security mechanism, since I live on the first floor. Bill was on time, friendly, efficient, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was also very accommodating and understanding when I had to reschedule our first appointment at short notice. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman.
