- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budget is something I am very big on! I think it's extremely important to keep a buyer under budget because that's how to earn their trust. If you understand their hopes and desires in a new home then you can be honest in assessing the ability to find what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have a meet and greet to really understand the buyer's motivation for purchasing a new home. To me this is the biggest part of the process. Finding homes that fit the buyers criteria is the easy part after understanding step one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of customer service experience. Understanding and relating to buyers is something I excel at. So it makes working with me very easy because the buyers feel comfortable sharing their honest thoughts about the properties, which in turn, will allow them to find their dream home.
