Overall, the guy was a great guy, but the grass is ungodly uneven and we dont have anything more than a couple terrain bumps, and we noticed siding damage that wasnt there before

I wanted to start off by thanking you for hiring me for the job. With the yard being on average 8-12 in tall it can be hard to get an even cut when it is overgrown. I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with the work. I'm happy to refund your expense as well as fix any damage that may have occurred during my service.
