- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we like to greet our customer and speak with them on the phone to discuss the nature of their situation. Then, we arrange the best time to come out and assess the area of concern. Once a proper assessment is made, we provide a quote to the homeowner in person, by e-mail, fax, or postal service. We are available to answer any questions, and if the homeowner chooses to have the work performed, we will schedule accordingly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have performed work on residential and commercial properties, anything ranging from new construction, to roof replacement! Many of our new builders we work with include, but are not limited to: Lee Signature Properties, PMC Homes, Yorktown Builders, Eagle Rock Homes, Smalygo Properties, Signature Series Homes, Jerry Gordon Developments, Freedom Homes of Oklahoma, Divine Custom Homes, Steve Brown Properties, Panda Investments, etc. We've most recently completed a new metal roof installation for the United States Army Corps of Engineers at the Keystone Lake Project Office in July of 2016.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers looking to hire roofing contractors to make sure their potential contractors are insured, have a roofing registration number with the state, and have the experience in the industry. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions! We love sharing our knowledge with our customers.
