FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work with customers on a per-hour, project or retainer basis. Because my passion and focus is small business, I want to offer them the flexibility to choose whatever services they may need at an affordable price. My low overhead allows me to effectively compete with higher priced companies while offering superior service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a 5-question questionnaire I email to them ahead of either first in-person or phone meeting (depending upon if they're local or out of town). It helps both me and the customer understand what they want to accomplish, whether the project is a one-time editing job to a long-term comprehensive marketing campaign for an entire business. This covers their (1) top three goals , (2) target market ( actual and potential), (3) competition, (4) positioning, and (5) promotions past and present. Oftentimes this process uncovers new potential markets and strategies for success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in English and Marketing, along with multiple additional courses of study in business, social media, public relations, amongst many others.
